Summer Sister Visits

Our summer was book ended on both sides by the visiting of my sisters.

Ashie came just before the end of the school - we ate portillos, went shopping for plants, bought too many used books, and enjoyed a picnic at Luthy's botanical gardens.

Ashie came to visit me at work for lunch :D 

Sheree came in July for a few days - it was delightful. We made tofu rice noodles, went out for sashimi, ate doughnuts overlooking the Illinois river, made sun tea and drank lots of coffee :) 

 So grateful for my sisters and that they both were able to have time in their summer to come visit!!
