September Sister Visit

One of the highlights of this fall was Sheree's visit. Having her dear spirit in our home brought such joy to our hearts. One afternoon, we strolled around Luthy's botanical gardens here in Peoria. Sheree introduced me to some new plants that she has become familiar with through her growing knowledge and experience with plants and flowers. It was an afternoon to cherish. 

On our way home that afternoon, we stopped by the Asian Market and shopped for ingredients for dinner - Sheree had been to Japan just weeks before and agreed to make us an authentic Japanese dinner! It was AMAZING. 

That kobocha pumpkin was so delicious! 

As always, her visit ended far too soon and left us eagerly anticipating her return someday soon!
